Six-striped Rustic, Neglected Rustic and Cousin German.

Habitat

Woodland, heathland, hedgerows, scrubby grassland, wet places and gardens.

Foodplant

A wide range of herbaceous plants.

Lifestage data

Overwinters as a small larva. Larva August-May, feeding mainly at night. Pupates just below the soil.
