Habitat

A range of wet and boggy places.

Foodplant

Reed canary-grass and Reed sweet-grass.

Lifestage data

Overwinters as a larva in the stem of the foodplant. Larva August-early June. Pupates in a cocoon in the leaf litter or underground.
