Only a single record from the north-east of the county.

Confusion species
Many species of Phyllonorycter are extremely similar, great care should
be given when separating these species. It is often impossible to
separate the adults of some species.

Mainly horse chestnut spp.

Leaf miner. Eggs laid on leaves. Larva mines a blotch and feeds within. Pupates inside the blotch. |
