UK Status Resident. Found throughout much of England and Wales, becoming more local and less common in northern England and southern Scotland. Montgomeryshire Status Recorded from a single site in the west of the county at Commins Coch. Wingspan : M & F, 12-14mm. Confusion species None. |

(Univoltine+)  Habitat Hedgerows, shingle & gardens. Foodplant Bittersweet. Lifestage data General mining species. Eggs, oviposition site undescribed. Larva mines from midrib of leaf and forms blotch, berries and stems are also mined, also known to form a web and feed amongst leaves. Pupates outside larval mine. |
