Found at two sites in the county at Commins Coch and Llanfyllin.

Wingspan :   M & F, 7-11.5mm.

Wherever foodplant is found.

Willowherb spp.

Lifestage data

Seed miner. Eggs laid on the foodplant. Larva enters an unripe seed pod and feeds within. Pupates in a sticky whitish cocoon amongst detritus on the ground.
