Wherever foodplant is found.

Foodplant

Norway spruce.

Lifestage data

Leaf miner/spinning. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva first mines the terminal leaves, then spins an untidy shelter and feeds within. Pupates spun up in a silken cocoon in leaf litter on ground.
